Warranties

Our Warranties are as follows:

The materials and workmanship are guaranteed to be free from defects at the time of manufacture. The warranty does not cover normal wear, weather soiling, or stains from environmental pollution. The product must be properly secured, maintained, and utilized for the purpose for which it was intended.

If there is a defect, SafeGuard Covers will repair or replace (at its discretion) the product FREE of CHARGE provided the customer prepays freight to and from our factory.

SafeGuard Covers will reimburse freight on merchandise returned within 30 days that was shipped to you in error or defective upon arrival.

SafeGuard Covers
The warranty period for SafeGuard Covers is: 5 Full years dated from the original purchase date. This covers both the fabric AND the construction of the cover. SafeGuard Boat Covers are trailerable with proper installation and maintenance.

Bimini Boat Tops
The warranty period for SafeGuard Bimini Tops is: 3 full years on the labor, fabric, and the frame assembly. This warranty period begins on the original purchase date.

All warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.

Our low price guarantee

SafeGuard Covers guarantees the best quality at the lowest prices! If you buy from SafeGuard Covers and find a lower printed price on an identical item, SafeGuard Covers will gladly honor the lower price (excluding advertised specials and year-end close-outs). Not only that, SafeGuard Covers will pay you 10% of the difference in price! Just send us a copy of your invoice and the price within 30 days of your purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority at SafeGuard Covers. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us at 1-866-686-4791 to inform us of your problem.

We want you to have a quality product that suits your needs. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may exchange your non-custom or non-special order product for another, provided that your product is still in first quality condition. Your replacement will be shipped after we receive and inspect your returned product. If you need your replacement immediately, you may consider placing a new order. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number will be issued so that you may return your product.

All special orders and custom covers are non-refundable (except for warranty issues). If for some reason there is a problem with the quality of your special order or cover, every effort will be made to modify your product to suit your needs.

SafeGuard Covers cannot accept any packages freight collect or COD. All packages must be shipped prepaid. Returns must be inspected before final decisions are made on credits.

All credit card purchases that qualify for a refund will be credited to the same credit card account that was charged in the original purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
